Basic Shipping Information

  1. Canadian Carriers
    Embrenn ships orders within Canada using reputable national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post, depending on shipment size, destination, and service level selected at checkout.
  2. Order Processing Time
    Orders for items listed as in stock are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time
    Standard delivery times within Canada generally range from 3–7 business days once the order has been shipped. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, carrier service, and external factors.
  4. Backorders & Special Orders
    Products that are special order, custom-configured, or sourced directly from manufacturers may require additional processing or lead time. Estimated timelines will be communicated when available.
  5. Delays Outside Our Control
    Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak shipping periods, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Embrenn’s control. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refunds of shipping charges.

Shipping Coverage

  • Embrenn currently ships within Canada only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or freight shipments.
  • Remote or rural locations may require additional transit time or carrier surcharges.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
  • Any applicable taxes are calculated according to provincial regulations.
  • Promotional or free shipping offers, if available, apply only to qualifying orders and may exclude oversized or freight items.

Unclaimed Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

  1. Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Embrenn is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  2. Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
    If a shipment is returned to Embrenn due to refusal, non-delivery, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable handling or restocking fees.
  3. Reshipment Costs
    If an order is reshipped, new shipping charges will apply. For orders originally shipped under a free shipping promotion, the reshipment cost will be calculated based on the package’s weight and dimensions.

Freight & Large Orders

  • Large, heavy, or palletized orders may ship via freight services.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Customers are responsible for having appropriate equipment or personnel available to receive freight deliveries.

Delivery Acceptance

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier before accepting the shipment.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to Embrenn promptly after delivery.
