Returns Policy

Embrenn Hardware Solutions Inc.

This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the return of hardware and software products purchased from Embrenn Hardware Solutions Inc. (“Embrenn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms described below, in addition to any other agreed-upon sales terms.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date (“Return Window”). Returns requested outside this period may not be accepted.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions or special-order status. Where applicable, return eligibility may require prior approval from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Embrenn.

To request an RMA, customers must provide:

  • Invoice number
  • Product description and serial number (if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation of whether the product packaging has been opened

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Shipping Requirements

  • Authorized returns must be received within ten (10) days of RMA issuance
  • Products received after this timeframe may be refused
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on all shipping labels
  • Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method

Embrenn is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • All original contents must be included (manuals, cables, accessories, warranty cards, and components)
  • Packaging must not be defaced, labeled, or damaged

Returns missing original components may be subject to a restocking fee or refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

5. Unopened Products

Products that remain factory sealed and unopened may be eligible for return or exchange during the Return Window.

Opened items may incur a restocking fee or be deemed non-returnable depending on product type and manufacturer policy.

6. Defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Products

Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Customers may be required to contact the OEM directly for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement and obtain a case or reference number.

If Embrenn authorizes a return for a defective product, replacement or credit will be issued only after the product is received, inspected, and approved.

7. Products Damaged in Transit

All products are inspected prior to shipment. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery record before acceptance.

Customers must retain all packaging and notify Embrenn immediately to initiate a damage claim.

8. Software Products

All software sales are final. Software licenses, activation keys, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Fees & Charges

Unless the return is due to an error by Embrenn or its supplier, customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and warehouse-related charges. Restocking fees may apply.

10. Policy Exceptions

Any deviation from this Returns Policy may result in processing delays, additional fees, partial credit, or refusal of the return.
